Casa El Cabezo is about 3km south of the town of Vallehermoso up a minor road which winds its way up this beautiful, green and fertile valley close to the lovely reservoir of La Encantadora (see photo opposite).

Built of local stone, Casa El Cabezo has been lovingly modernised to a high standard and provides a comfortable and stylish home comprising two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a separate kitchen and delightful sitting room, internal patio and small garden with its own furnished terrace. Parking is on the road by the house. There are great walks from the door in the valley or up to the national park. Fernando the owner, who speaks English, knows all the walks in the area and will be happy to fill you in. Vallehermoso has five restaurants and some of the best food shops of La Gomera. It is one hour from the ferry port of San Sebastian. Vallehermoso has a good municipal pool off the beach and the nearest bathing beaches are at Valle Gran Rey and Hermigua.
