Casa Andreina is a modern building divided into two small one-bedroom apartments. The lower apartment has a large terrace (see photo below), kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom and the upper one has a balcony off the sitting room, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. They each have their own entrances off the street.

Located on a quiet lane on the edge of La Calera, the original and prettiest village in Valle Gran Rey’s lower valley, there is no shortage of restaurants and shops dotted around its maze of pedestrian lanes. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the main beach of La Playa. A further five minutes takes you to the (sometimes dangerous) Playa del Inglés.

A car is not essential unless you wish to explore the rest of the island and parking close by may be a challenge due to a shortage of parking places in these narrow lanes. 90 minutes drive from San Sebastian ferry; 5 minutes drive from Vueltas where the local Garajonay Expres ferry docks with stops at Playa de Santiago, San Sebastian de La Gomera and Los Cristianos, Tenerife.
