This house of 12 apartments is situated in the capital, San Sebastian, a 10 minute walk above the town centre. The balconies and terraces are all south facing looking over the rooftops of the town towards the mountains and the sea. The accommodation consists of studio apartments and one and two bedroom apartments.

Built and furnished in typical Canarian style with wooden balconies, this is a reasonably priced and convenient place to stay with all the town's amenities within walking distance but away from the noisier town centre.

Inside, many of the apartments have been refurbished with kitchen alcoves, all with ovens, electric coffee makers and toasters. The larger apartments have separate kitchen/dining areas. All apartments have TVs and are cleaned twice a week. There is a communal washing machine and drying area on the roof of the building.

A car is not necessary here and the bus service will take you to most parts of the island and to the start of walks, so San Sebastian is a good place to stay for those wishing to have a walking holiday.
