The Quintero apartments are centrally located just off San Sebastian's largest square 'Plaza de las Americas' which overlooks one of the sandy beaches and the marina. Built in the 1980s the accommodation consists of one bedroom with twin beds, bathroom with bath and shower attachment, kitchen alcove and spacious living dining area giving on to the south facing balcony. The apartments have easy access with a lift to all floors and a wheelchair ramp (steep) beside the steps leading up to the building. There is a manned reception with at least one English speaking receptionist. The apartments are cleaned five days a week.

The beach is a two minute walk away with shops, restaurants and other amenities close by. San Sebastian also has a local fruit and vegetable market every Wednesday and Saturday. A very convenient place to stay if mobility is limited. It is five minutes walk from ferry port. The bus service will take you to most villages including Vallehermoso, Valle Gran Rey and Playa de Santiago.
