This elegant town and resort on Tenerife’s north coast has a lot to offer. Situated on a rocky coast it has some beaches and the famous Lagos de Martianez, a series of interconnecting sea pools providing good bathing. The coastal promenade is lively and interesting and well worth a visit as are the Botanical Gardens and the Loro Parque Zoo.
